Role and Responsibilities:

75%:Accounts Payable

• Clive - Process and submit to Accounts Payable the monthly rent payments for consumers. Request reimbursement for monthly rent payments in the Clive system. Reconcile the reimbursements to the payments as money is received. Ability to answer questions related to rent payments for consumers in a timely and thorough manner. Ensure all documentation is maintained and easily accessible for auditing purposes.
• Enters invoices into the Great Plains Accounts Payable module
• Back at Home Grant – Processes and enters all Back at Home grant invoices ensuring all necessary documentation is received and approved prior to entry in Great Plains.

20%: Innovations (Vehicle/Home Modifications) – Ensure all necessary contracts and approvals are obtained to be able to process vehicle and home modifications. Prepare and submit proper paperwork to Accounts Payable for any deposits/payments needed. Ability to answer questions related to the Innovations contracts in a timely and thorough manner. Ensure all documentation is maintained and easily accessible for auditing purposes

5%: Bank deposits and filing as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Considerable knowledge of state and federal fiscal rules and regulations 
• Knowledge of and ability to explain and apply the provisions of contractual practices adopted by State Government 
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• excellent computer skill including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 
• Excellent organization skills 
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 

Education and Experience Required:Associate Degree in Accounting or Business and twoyears’ experience in auditing, accounting, finance, or contractmanagement; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
