We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is seeking an RF Engineer with experience in designing, developing, and testing RF components to join our team of exceptional individuals. Qualified candidates will be required to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to create new and novel RF systems. Successful candidates must be flexible, self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience Must have at least 15 years total related experience with at least 10 in an RF and/or signal processing or design role Must have active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and amenable for poly upgrade What Required Skills You'll Bring: Experience working in complex design of RF solutions and systems Experience in novel communications methods and theory Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment Experience designing end-to-end RF large or complex system of systems Experience analyzing performance, availability, stability, and efficiency of systems Experience validating and verifying functionality against customer specified requirements Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members, managers, and customers What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience with FPGA design Experience with Digital Signal Processing Experience with Software Defined Radios Experience with RVTM, FAT, Acceptance Testing, and other formal testing procedures and documentation Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
