The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage high-profile projects from initiation to closure Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery on time and within budget Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 or more years of demonstrated recent relevant experience in a program/project management or supervisory capacity, A minimum of five (5) or more years of recent relevant experience in the functional area of the program to be managed Five (5) or more years of demonstrated relevant PMP experience in agile project management.
