The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage high-profile projects from initiation to closure Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery on time and within budget Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 or more years of demonstrated recent relevant experience in a program/project management or supervisory capacity, A minimum of five (5) or more years of recent relevant experience in the functional area of the program to be managed Five (5) or more years of demonstrated relevant PMP experience in agile project management. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Proven ability to identify and solve problems, make decisions, and manage priorities Experience with project management tools and software Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and the latest trends in project management Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
