ARServices is seeking a Program Analyst to work in the Pensacola, FL area.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
  • Support the NETC RRL Program Manager in all aspects of administering the RRL Program
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to achieve RRL deliverables on schedule
  • Use project management tools to update and track the integrated program schedule
  • Provide in-depth analysis and assessment of RRL program plan
  • Assist with strategic planning to achieve RRL objectives
  • Analyze user requirements, process, procedures, and issues
  • Synthesize/analyze organizational information to identify/summarize data; identify and synthesize patterns/trends; and provide Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to support planning and decision-making
  • Assist in developing/implementing activities to address identified needs
  • Study existing processes and organization structure/infrastructure to evaluate effectiveness
  • Plan and prepare reports, memoranda, manuals, and other program/process development documentation
  • Work with a team in developing/applying business and process orientation improvement methodologies
RequirementsSecurity Clearance Requirement:Active/current Secret clearance is required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology. May be substituted with 10 years of program analysis experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis, marketing or public affairs, and complex problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with federal budget process, PPBe, and Navy POM planning
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project
