In this role you will get to pioneer new marketing and production office in a client facing environment. What You'll Be Doing: Assist in building an electrical team to pursue and design infrastructure projects, and facilities in the state and federal markets Work closely with project managers to target and win projects in the state and federal markets in DelMarVA region Expanding work with constituents of the Intelligence Community Support engineered deliverables; specifications, workplans, drawings for clients and allied Parsons regional offices and enterprises Responsible for budgeting engineering and design deliverables in a Indefinite Deliverable / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract environment Supporting project marketing and capture activities under the leadership of dynamic and talented project managers What Required Skills You'll Bring: Professional reputation for delivery of medium and complex electrical engineering deliverables, including specifications, drawings and calculations Professional Engineer Registration Experience in Design-to-Cost projects Experience with engineering software and electrical system analysis Experience with robust / graded-approach design quality procedures, and deliveries that are appropriate to ID/IQ and fully-funded government and commercial projects Professional network of associates and suppliers Strong Personnel leadership abilities and team building with conflict resolution experience in concert with Parsons Human Resources and talent managers What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Strong Inter-personnel skills, ability to balance hard and soft skills Engineering proficiency Tenacious grasp of key performance requirements and deliverables Client focus and ability to work effectively with client's technical directors Bridgebuilding between workgroups Ability to work with a matrix of consultants that all serve the client according to the clients' direction and project contracts Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
