- Design Custom Homes for our customers from scratch

- Design custom homes with revisions from our existing home designs

- Mark up prints with construction notes

- Discuss prices and options for customers

- Create 3d Renderings & Walkthroughs

-Design Construction Details for the construction department to use

Needed Skills & Personality:

-Experience in Autocad or a similar program

-Enjoy working on the computer every day within a design program

-Able to work in Excel and similar softwares to track progress and changes

-Able to work as a team under the direction of an experienced Manager

-Detail oriented & Self Motivated

Please note- 70,000 Salary is for a 50 Hour work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
