Parman Tractor & Equipment is seeking a Branch Manager for our Columbia location This role manages the daily activities of our agricultural and construction dealership and rental business in an ethical and profitable manner, while ensuring a positive culture is present in the business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee functions and be able to perform functions of the department Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental departments
• Work with corporate management to ensure personal and professional goals and objectives are met
• Ability to sell and promote Parman Tractor & Equipment's core business products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with all departments to know the customer's current and future expectations and work to resolve customer concerns
• Responsible for working with management to provide a safe and productive work environment and oversee employee compliance of all the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• Ensure that appropriate communication takes place throughout the location by facilitating and participating in monthly meetings, conducting regular team meetings, and proactively seeking feedback from team members

Requirements:

• Four year degree plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field preferred
• Proven business, people, and management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Operational expertise in sales, parts, and customer service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
