- Answer phones and provide information about services
- Schedule students
- Customer relations
- Greet clients at door
- Leading consults with walk-ins to discuss services
- Maintain excel spreadsheets
- Create weekly and monthly customer invoices and take payments using Quickbooks
- Create and maintain folders for new clients
- Post on Social Media accounts
- Assist tutors/instructors as needed
- Responsible for new hire paperwork and training new tutors on procedures
- Keep track of supplies
- Clean and sanitize the branch regularly
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be useful
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
