This individual will service, repair, assemble, and install petroleum storage and dispensing equipment. Work occurs in the field at the customer location or at Parman Equipment Services locations. This position also assists with various facility maintenance repairs and projects. This position is eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus.Job RequirementsMechanical Aptitude2 years of industry experience required to include plumbing, electrical, and petroleum equipment installation workHigh school diploma or GEDPrior forklift experienceAbility to effectively communicate and interpret information both written and verballyAbility to compute basic mathematical operations and apply conceptsF Endorsement / DOT Health Card must be obtained within first 90 days Preferred Experience:Proficient in Alemite, Graco, Lincoln, Fillrite, and GPI (Great Plains Industries) equipment repairs.Iron pipe, copper pipe, pressurized tubing, and petroleum hose installation.The petroleum equipment industry working with above ground storage tanks and equipment (some familiarity with the NFPA 30 guidelines).Stable work history that shows a progression in establishing a career.Ability to work in a “non” climate control environment that at times requires exertion by the individual.
