As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for providing essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities throughout Northeast Ohio. You will help with the transportation of individuals with disabilities to and from predetermined destinations. Your efforts will support and empower our clients with accessing and participating in community resources and activities.
Key Responsibilities:

· Transport adult individuals to and from predetermined destinations

· Ensure the health and safety of all passengers assigned 

· Operate vehicle in a safe manner and in accordance with all Federal, State and Local laws

· Maintain the cleanliness of assigned vehicle

· Complete and report vehicle concerns resulting from pre and post vehicle inspections

· Keep accurate records and documentation of services via electronic tablet as required

· Manage and complete daily routes as scheduled

· Complete all required trainings

Requirements:

· High School Diploma / Potential waiver may apply.

· Two years of driving experience

· 24 years of age

· Valid driver’s license

· Less than 4 points on the license

· Pre-employment Testing including physical, drug and alcohol testing as well as background check

· Comfortable with GPS navigation

· Compassionate, dedicated, and reliable

· Strong initiative and navigation skills
