Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Assist individuals with participating in shopping,appointments, and community outings
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
Requirements:
- First aid/CPR certification
- Experience in medication administration is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in behavior management techniques is desirable
