What does this position do? In a nutshell:

The Assistant Manager is a leader who exemplifies Parlor values* and upholds standards and policies. To make a quick, never rushed, quality cup of coffee, provide exceptional customer service and team leadership. Assistant managers provide customers with education on specialty coffees, doughnuts and other items and answer any questions the customer/team may have.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the Restaurant Functions:

Responsible for quality control of coffee/drinks/doughnuts/kitchen items

Ensure that the team is set up for success
Maintain a relational aspect with customers
Keep a clean, safe workplace
Help in all areas of store when needed
Act as shift leader as applicable

Education and Experience:

Practical experience in various food service positions
Must obtain/maintain ServSafe® or State certification
