Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the Restaurant Functions:
Responsible for quality control of coffee/drinks/doughnuts/kitchen items
Ensure that the team is set up for success
Maintain a relational aspect with customers
Keep a clean, safe workplace
Help in all areas of store when needed
Act as shift leader as applicable
Qualifications:
Leadership skills and a desire to grow/lead
Interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Good time and people management skills
Physical stamina to withstand a full shift potentially on their feet
Conflict resolution
Education and Experience:
Practical experience in various food service positions
Must obtain/maintain ServSafe® or State certification
