Parlor Doughnuts McKinney is a small business in McKinney, TX. Our atmosphere is fun and laid back, but we do require that you are friendly, motivated and work well with others. Our customers are our first priority and we want them to be treated kindly. We offer layered doughnuts, craft coffee and breakfast items. We need someone that is enthusiastic, willing to learn, and can find productive things to do on slower days.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell menu items and promote specials

We start pay at $13.00. All tips are split evenly between all employees based on days and hours worked. You should generally never make less than $15.00 an hour. Productivity, timeliness, customer service skills, team skills, etc are frequently evaluated. Pay raises and increased responsibilities are open discussion after 60 days of showing excellent skills stated above.
