Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing customers and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
• Manage incoming internet inquiries and phone leads promptly and professionally.
• Respond to emails with a high level of professionalism and clarity.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle, utilizing industry knowledge and exceptional customer service.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Korean, with proficiency in reading and writing Korean.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and possess good organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving business profitability.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
