Job Description Summary :
The Assistant Manager, Sales Consultant under Vivace brand will support administrative tasks with a high level of interaction with customers, sales team, and liaising effectively with contacts to meet business requirements customer excellence.
S / he will support all order lifecycle from order entry into SAP, to order management, overseeing the fulfillment process for both domestic and international purchase orders of Vivace products.
S / he will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, and supporting teams) to maintain accurate financial records, facilitate efficient payment processing, follow up on Vivace sales AR / AP accounts as well as Vivace team’s internal requests.

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
