We are different from corporate DSOs as our mission is to support like-minded dentists who prioritize providing clinically excellent care and a great patient experience. We handle all the business and administrative functions of a practice, allowing dentists to focus on their patients while we provide mentorship and opportunities for personal growth.

This Role

The Marketing Communications Coordinator is a enthusiastic team member offering a wide range of marketing support in executing and implementing the marketing strategy.

Duties include:

• Develop content for both digital and print media.
• Experience with creating engaging email campaigns.
• Create social calendar, content and manage social media channels.
• Assist with reputation management.
• Manage website content and updates.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with other departments within the organization.
• Maintain content and publication dates on the marketing calendar across multiple channels.
• Assist with promotional event planning and the implementation of local grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing collateral and promotional materials for local office use.
• Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results for assigned projects.
• Provide brand management and assist with the implementation of marketing, public relations, advertising and promotions.
• Manage short- and long-term projects to ensure project timelines are met.
• Partner with external partners, agencies and communicate with local offices as needed.
• Organize and manage campaigns and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or prior relevant experience.
• Design experience with Canva and/or InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience with Wordpress preferred.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with superior project management skills.
• Experience writing, editing, and distributing communications materials and creating and managing social media channels/content.
• Experience with dental and healthcare a bonus.
