Job description
Parkview Animal Hospital, a small animal practice with two full time veterinarians, is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist.
The primary duties of this position are excellent client communication skills, completing clerical duties related to animal patient care, preparing lab samples, stocking exam rooms, cleaning and sanitizing. At Parkview we value our staff, and helping them further their career in the veterinary field. Depending on your comfort level and your desire to advance we may offer cross training as well. Training would include canine and feline handling and restraint, practical knowledge of animal patient treatment, standard procedures, veterinary records, and terminology used in the hospital.
Excellent customer service, data entry, and appointment scheduling skills are required.
Applicants should be friendly, hard-working, self-motivated, and willing to contribute to a team.
Competitive pay based on experience.
