Job Description
Property Management Company is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as a Community Manager to lead a Manufactured Housing Community in Temple, TX. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and on-site maintenance. We offer competitive wages, medical, paid time-off and a 401(k) savings account with a guaranteed company match. Put your leadership, management, and supervisory skills to work! This full-time salaried position pays $40,000 annually.
Property Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
- Receive and enter payments into our property management system
- Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the collections and legal filing process
- Walk through the community regularly to maintain relationships with residents
- Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
- Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations
Property Manager Required skills:
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
- Excellent communications skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft products
