Maintenance Director/Environment of Care Director

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting.
Working knowledge with computer programs such as email, using the internet, Word and Excel.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Knowledge and experience on sheetrock repair i.e. tape and float.
