Position Summary: The Shipping Leads role is to assist customers through phone and e-mail. Handle Loading/unloading of incoming and our going shipments. Interact with drivers and shipping company representatives.

Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

• Must work and ensure you are following all safety items.
• Must participate in safety initiatives throughout the plant.
• Must be willing to have a positive attitude.
• Must basic computer skills- Excel-Word, E-mail.
• Must have ability to work well with others coordinating and prioritizing multiple jobs.
• Must have good analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a record of dependability and good attendance.
• Cannot be a felon.

SafetyandEnvironmentResponsibility

• Ensure the associates you are responsible for adhere to company policies so that all work in a safe manner with responsibility for the environment.
• Assist in safety audits and 5S audits.

Teamwork (include but are not limited):

• Work in coordination with all members of Parker Trutec staff to achieve desired results.
• Work in coordination with Management to ensure daily and monthly KPIs goals are achieved:
  1. Safety, Environment, Quality, Production, Sales, HR, Maintenance
