**Description**

Job Functions

* Helps in preparing the trays according to set standards.

* Greets and speaks to the guests on the phone according to the FORBES standards.

* Prepares accurate checks, follows cashiering procedures.

* Brews fresh coffee and tea.

* Fills salt & pepper, sugar bowls, creamers, fold napkins and polish silverware.

* Completely understands and follows the department and the hotel standards.

* Polish glasses, silverware as well as trays whenever needed.

* Completely understands and follows the department and the hotel standards.

* Takes responsibility to keep the room service area clean at all times.

* Retrieves food items from the kitchen and beverages from the fridge or the lounge bar.

* Maintains guest satisfaction.

* Follows and works according to the standard operating procedures of room service.

* Takes the initiative to serve the guests even if the guests are sitting in the gardens.

* Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* Fluent in English, any other language a plus.

* Requires strong organizational skills and must be able to work independently.

* Must meet management expectations on customer satisfaction and problem solving attitude.

* Capable of being discreet and cooperating with guests and staff.
