Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Benefits Enrollment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of benefits enrollment for our clients' needs. This includes handling all enrollment paperwork, communicating with clients' about their benefits options, and ensuring timely and accurate enrollment into various benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding benefits enrollment.

- Work closely with the leadership teams of our clients to understand their benefits packages and enrollment processes.

- Collect and organize enrollment paperwork from applicants, ensuring it is completed accurately and within the designated timeframe.

- Ensure that all required information and documentation is provided for each clients' benefits enrollment.

- Communicate any questions or concerns about their benefits and assist them in choosing the appropriate plans for their needs.

- Process enrollment data accurately and efficiently in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all benefits plans, changes, and updates to ensure accurate and timely enrollment.

- Organize and maintain accurate records of all benefits enrollments and communicate any issues or discrepancies to your team.

- Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring their satisfaction with the enrollment process.

Qualifications:

- High school Diploma or some college preferred in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
