Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and other employee benefits

• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize benefits offerings

• Evaluate market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits packages

• Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process and provide support to employees with any questions or concerns

• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits to ensure compliance

• Monitor and analyze benefits costs to identify cost-saving opportunities for clients

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to client solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current laws and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic, Self-Motivation, and a Desire to Succeed
  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • **Must currently live in the Nashville area or have concrete plans to move within the next two months.
  • Must be able to pass a state regulated background check
