We are seeking an energetic team-oriented individual to come on board with our one-dentist, private practice in Cary, NC. You must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, be punctual, and dependable. The position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette, and must be computer savvy. Applicant must be available Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month.
Job duties include but are not limited to patient check in/out, scheduling appointments, answering phones in a timely manner, responding to emails as needed, calculating estimates, verifying insurance, general upkeep of the front office, and assisting with other duties as delegated.
Dental and/or front office experience and familiarity with Dentrix software preferred, however we would be willing to train the right individual for the position. An associates and/or bachelors degree would be a plus as well as experience with dental insurance.
