Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation is Hiring a DIetary Manager Near Great Falls, MT

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the dietary department and ensure the provision of high-quality meals and nutrition services to residents in a Skilled Nursing facility.
  • Follow and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
  • Compliance verification at both State and Federal levels of participation for long-term care.
  • Monitor food production, storage, and distribution to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise dietary staff members to ensure proper food handling, preparation, and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident dietary information, including allergies, restrictions, and preferences.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Dietary Manager or related position.
  • Familiarity with Long Term Care regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in meal planning and record keeping.
  • Prefer CDM certification
  • Long Term Care Dietary Experience
