Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and provide excellent customer service. Duties: - Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs - Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features - Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust - Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork - Proficiency in software applications related to sales and inventory management - Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environment (preferred) - Knowledge of sales management techniques (preferred) - Multilingual abilities (preferred) to cater to a wider customer base We offer competitive compensation along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay: $89,564.00 - $120,000.00 per year
