*Experienced Automotive BDC/Customer Service Representative*
High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced BDC/Customer Service Representative who is hungry, professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented, for our sales and service centers. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a *PLUS*. Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a *HUGE PLUS*.
*Responsibilities Include:*
- Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment
- Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met
- Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded
- Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
