Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and ensuring all leasing processes are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process and lease agreements
- Respond to inquiries regarding property features, rental rates, and lease terms
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with prospects
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive rental rates and property availability
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of tenant issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant information and lease agreements

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities management principles is an advantage

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
