Park N Go of Charlotte is adding to its leadership team. We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting, positive attitude to join our management team. We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the service industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a customer-focused setting.

Park' N Go of Charlotte, LLC is a private offsite airport parking facility that services the Charlotte Douglas Airport. We are open 24/7/365 including all holidays. You need to have open availability or be flexible with work hours.

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Must be at least 25 years of age.

Bonus payout within 6 months up to $500.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Manage inventory levels and communicate deficiencies as needed

- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members

- Coordinate holidays and special events

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Minimum of 2 years in Leadership

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems

- Strong customer service skills or experience is a plus

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Hospitality management experience is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
