We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team of seasoned professionals.

This is a front line, skill based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.

Skills Required :

• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in the work performed
• Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to your supervisor
• Always present a professional and helpful attitude maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers
• Must be dependable and prompt
• Willing to work weekends and holidays

Duties may also include testing and adding chemicals to the hot tubs of our managed properties and homeowner associations to ensure a safe and clean environment for our owners and guests.

Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy items

• Have a good driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions
• Agree to a background check
