Parish Day School is Hiring a Summer Camp Staff Near Virginia, VA
Camp Turtle Trap is looking for you!
Imagine spending your days, providing high quality learning experiences for children ages 2 to 8. Art, playground, special guests, activities and lots of fun - does this sound like a perfect fit for you?
We are looking for responsible, enthusiastic and trustworthy individuals to serve as
- lead counselors
- assistant counselors
- activity leaders
- playground staff
Summer Camp is from May 30th to August 18th.
Duties- Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child and family
- Develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum (lead teachers only)
- Provides for the physical safety and well-being of each child, from arrival to departure
- Ensures licensing requirements are implemented
- Positive, reliable work ethic
- Passionate about working with children
- Meets/exceeds licensing requirements including:
- TB Test
- Background Check
- Documentation of citizenship
- Physical ability to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in early childhood education or related field
- Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
- All levels of experience welcome to apply. Training provided.
