Job Summary:
The Patient Response Center assess and distribute patient requests to appropriate staff using the Aionex patient call system. Facilitate all incoming and outgoing telephone communications as needed. Handle all on-call physician communications. Announcing emergency codes using various communication mediums. The Patient Response Center works with multiple departments to promote patient safety, which will be measured on interrelated processes of patient outcomes and external benchmarks. Assist Education Department with (including but not limited to) filing, scanning, eLearning database entry, and entering documents into the HealthStream Learning platform. Performs other duties as assigned.
