Job Summary: Position is accountable for receiving all calls from patients and properly dispatching the necessary resources or creating the appropriate work orders to meet those patient requests. The position facilitates calls from patients and works with multiple departments to accomplish results, which will be measured on interrelated processes of patient outcomes and external benchmarks.
