Customer Service Associate / Cashier

NEED TO BE 18 YEARS OLD

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Skills:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of wireless sales and technology products is a plus
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
