Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist in the overall completion of a unit turnover! We are looking for technicians with experience in painting, appliance repairs, renovations, projects, and on call emergencies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Self-starter attitude and reliable
· Complete all daily work order requests
· Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools
· Preventative maintenance
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair:
o Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc
o Drywall, Paint, etc
o Light fixtures
o Minor and major repair of common areas
· Scheduled inspections of premises may include:
o A/C Compressors
o Roofs and Stairs
o Parking Areas
o Laundry Facilities
o Trash Enclosures
o Walkways
o Exterior Lighting
· Must have your own tools
Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum of 1 years previous related maintenance required
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20-50lbs
· Work flexible hours
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
