Key Responsibilities
Testing
- Complete unit and functional testing
- Facilitate business user acceptance testing
Support
- First level internal/external customer support for assigned apps
- Triage, troubleshoot and escalate if needed
Projects/Products
- Assist/serve as functional project manager for small projects and deliverables
- Create functional software requirements documents
- May serve as product owner/SME for one or more key areas of functionality within apps
Skills and Experience
Technology experience that will make you successful.
- Product/project management experience 1-3 yrs
- Business analyst/requirements gathering experience 1-3 yrs
- Web development and/or database analyst experience 1-3 yrs
- Jira or similar project management software 1-3 yrs
- Lucidchart or similar process mapping software 1-3 yrs
- MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel specifically) or similar productivity software 1-3 yrs

- Work to make raving fans of your customers each day
- Experience as, or desire to grow into, product owner role
- Able to deliver in a remote-first company
- Technical experience developing or supporting the development of web applications
- Able to bridge the gap between non-technical business users and very technical engineering team
