Parekh's Enterprises is looking for a Director to join our team in Houston, TX.

Job Description:

The Daycare Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The Director will manage staff, develop programs, communicate with parents, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Ensure the day-to-day operations of the childcare center.

• Lead and manage the childcare center and staff.
• Be extremely dependable and flexible with work hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit extreme patience.
• Maintain good organizational skills.
• Display strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Child Development Certificate preferred.
• Child Education Specialist's Certificate/Diploma preferred.
• Child Development Associate's Certificate/Certificate preferred.
• Child Care Certified (preferred).

Experience:

• Director experience preferred, with at least 2 years of previous experience as a Director.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare (required).

Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, including incentives.
