We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our child care center. The Child Care Director will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and providing a nurturing and educational environment.

```Duties:```

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

- Hire, train, and supervise child care staff

- Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and accreditation standards

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Manage the center's budget and financial operations

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children

- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance the center's programs and services

```Experience:```

- Higher education teaching experience preferred

- Experience working with students in an educational setting

- Knowledge of education administration and child development principles

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
