Position Summary
Parc Center for Disabilities’ Burt Muller Home (BMH) is a long-term care (intermediate care) facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We operate 24/7 with nurses, employees, and supervision. LPNs are responsible for providing optimal healthcare for our residents. Nurses must interface effectively with all other disciplines to ensure the provision of comprehensive, seamless, integrated services.
Under the general direction of the Medical Coordinator, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for administration of medications and related medical treatments, documenting accurate and appropriate information in medical records, assessing residents for any changes in physical, mental, or neurological status; provide first aid in accidents or illness; and providing health related services to residents as required.
