Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments precisely as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
Vigilantly monitor residents' health conditions, meticulously recording vital signs, and promptly communicating any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Provide attentive assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being.
Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
Cultivate a positive and friendly atmosphere that fosters a sense of security and trust among residents.
Offer emotional support to residents and their families, nurturing a caring and compassionate environment.
Maintain impeccably accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
Adhere to all established protocols and procedures, guaranteeing resident safety and strict compliance with regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 p.m preferred but not required.
Third Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am preferred but not required.
Active L.P.N license is required
A cheerful disposition is essential
While prior long-term care experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
An eagerness to provide care for older adults is a key attribute
