Responsibilities of Service Manager
- Ensure the service department develops and efficiently and effectively processes repair orders
- Ensure the effective scheduling of service work
- Provide input for a successful marketing plan in coordination with other departments
- As an Service Manager you will work in a clean safe environment
- Technician training provided as well
Qualifications of Service Manager:
- Previous experience as a technician / Diesel technician
- Agricultural industry/equipment experience
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years of automotive mechanic experience preferred
