Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing, assisted living, and dementia care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and lifting for those requiring help
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition
Requirements:
