Manitenance Assistant
The primary duties of the Maintenance Aide will be performing:
- Minor repairs to the building and service equipment
- Service heating and cooling units
- Ensures that all maintenance supplies and equipment are clean, safe and stored properly.
- Ensure that all scheduled tests such as temperature tests, generator tests, etc. are done in a proper and timely manner.
- Handles all potentially dangerous equipment properly.
