RTA Group is Hiring a Maintenance Tech Near Norristown, PA

Position Requirements:

o Experience with industrial machinery troubleshooting and repair, in a manufacturing environment.

o Familiar with industrial electrical power system safety, 480V and below

o Experience troubleshooting and installing pneumatic and hydraulics.

o Experience documenting maintenance schedules/plans and activities

o Provide input regarding equipment repair, upgrade, and replacement.

o Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork

o Ability to lift 70lbs and regularly lift 50lbs.

o Ability to work off ladders or scissor lifts.

o Ability to work alone or with a team.

o Position is slated for day shift but must have shift flexibility.

o Any other duties as assigned.

o Work with operators to maintain critical spare parts inventory.

Preferred Experience:

o Experience in metal fabrication and welding

o Experience troubleshooting industrial PLC and control wiring.
