If you understand how to prospect and gain new customers, we would like you to join our team as we continue to expand into Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Established in the tristate area in 1960, we have grown into one of the largest independent U.S. distributors, representing some of the finest quality hair care brands available to salons and stylists. Our highest priority is to provide customers with excellence in service, product, and education to ensure mutual success.
What you will do:
Ø Prospect and attain new business in designated territory region
Ø Maintain and develop existing customers through consistent representation
Ø Ability to formulate account strategies and execute them
Ø Meet and exceed revenue goals in collaboration with sales management
Ø Coordinate education and provide vendor and company support to grow the client’s business
Ø Represent Paramount Beauty at shows and events
Ø Attend training and meetings to expand your business acumen
What we are looking for:
Ø Outside sales experience, preferably b2b
Ø Self-motivated, creative thinker, team player
Ø Must be familiar with basic MS Office suite
Ø Strong communicator, knowledge of CRM and social networking platforms
Ø Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Ø English required some bilingual areas, Eng./Span.
