A Newark, NJ based real estate firm is seeking a seasoned and experienced property management professional with experience in implementing and establishing an effective and progressive building superintendent program for a portfolio of mixed-use properties in New Jersey. The position is a consulting assignment dedicated in establishing a program that will meet the firms’ objectives in hiring, implementation, establishing best & standardize practices, procedures and protocols, work order fulfillment, work schedules, supply procurement and oversight, etc.

Requirements:

· 25 Years of Experience in Property and or Facilities Management

· 15 Years of Experience at an Executive Level

· Excellent Oral & Written Abilities (Report & Policy Writing)

· Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills

Compensation and length of assignment will be negotiated. There is a possibility that future projects and assignments will materialize for additional consulting assignments.
