We have a career opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an experienced AEC Recruiter to join us in the Northwest or Southwest with proximity to a Parametrix office (California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico). This position can work remotely or a hybrid and will travel occasionally to build connections, team camaraderie and for crucial interviews. This position will manage full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent!
Who You Are:
Experienced: With solid understanding of talent acquisition and 10 years as a progressive, dynamic senior-level recruiter. AEC experience required. Water/Environmental recruiting experience highly preferred.
Relationship Builder: Comfortable and confident building rapport with candidates, hiring managers and internal collaborators to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Present: This position requires occasional travel to build relationships, engage in strategic conversations, and support the firm in important business decisions.
Curious: You have strong AEC business acumen, are resourceful, exhibit sound judgment and decision making, and offer creative solutions that align with needs. You think on your feet, follow through and manage your workload, and are keen on integrating into a highly collaborative team.
Professional: With a high degree of integrity, you maintain sensitivity and confidentiality.
Conscientious Worker: You thrive on consistently meeting deadlines, are comfortable professionally negotiating to get what you need, and are flexible and exhibit a willingness to jump in and contribute to the team and organization.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $130,000-$180,000 . Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. We conduct an equity review for all positions. All employee-owners are eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
