Paragon Force, Inc. is looking for an experienced Calibration Coordinator to support tasking at NSWC Crane. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, willing to learn new things, take on new challenges, and be a team player. This position is located at NSWC Crane with flexible start and end times (core hours required).

Duties

• The employee will manage all aspects of calibration schedules and tracking of more than 300 items.
• The employee will coordinate with the onsite financial team to ensure funding is available for serviceable items.
• The employee will work with Engineers to schedule items for calibration according to calibration due dates.
• The employee will monitor the status of calibration items and ensure they are returned to the ground to continue being utilized.
• The employee will complete 1149’s in ERP system.
• The employee will prepare STE reports, ESE reports, Program Management Reviews, conduct presentations, prepare daily console status reports, and equipment lists.
• The employee will complete light custodial work as needed.
• The employee will work closely with the Equipment Manager, Financial Analyst, Logisticians, and Lead Test Operator.

Requirements

• Experience with 6S method.
• Experience using SMILE, SAVOR, Share Drive, Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Excellent coordination skills, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and works well with others.
• Experience with Calibration.
• Must be able to lift items up to 45 lbs. and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Secret Security Clearance (interim secret security clearance required to start).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
