We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Provider to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist. Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centered, trauma-informed counseling to individuals/groups with autism and related disorders, family members/caregivers of individuals with special needs, and other mental health diagnoses (e.g., anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders).
• Conduct interdisciplinary collaboration across programs.
• Provide supervision to Residents/Supervisees.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans and complete progress notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a 40-hour workweek, with 33 scheduled billable hours.

Minimum Qualifications: We are seeking a LMHP (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, NP, Licensed School Psychologist) with experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders and/or their families. Strong clinical writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively are essential.

This position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule to include 3 days per week via telehealth and 2 days a week from the office, if desired!
