We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an Early Intervention Team within our preschool-based setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Early Intervention Specialist will leverage their specialized skills to lead a dedicated team toward positive lifelong outcomes for 10-15 young clients. They will provide clinical oversight, collaborating closely with our Behavioral Group and Family Support Specialist to ensure each child receives a tailored, comprehensive approach to care. You'll dive deep into the creative realm of program development, sculpting an environment within our clinic that echoes the vibrancy of a bustling preschool. You'll craft individualized treatment plans fueled by assessments and caregiver collaboration, unlocking the potential in each child. And let's not forget about staff supervision – it's your chance to be the guiding light, providing on-site mentorship to Behavior Technicians as they implement ABA therapy services with unwavering integrity.
